Whether it's getting us home safely, communicating lifesaving information during a natural disaster, accessing telehealth appointments or keeping us connected to family and friends; our mobile network is vital.
To make sure the best outcome is achieved, we are requesting information on your connectivity experience:
- Who is your mobile phone carrier.
- Two questions about your mobile experience at your Wee Jasper street address. This will be used to build a map of your personal experience and will not identify any specific address.
- Would you be willing to nominate your home address as a location for a mobile tower (please note, this will only be shared with Telcos looking to submit a tender).
- Question on your mobile phone experience on roads around Wee Jasper. This will be used to build an accurate map of actual experience.
This survey will remain open until the end of June. A report on the responses received will then be communicated back to the community.
