From today, the Albanese Labor Government is delivering a tax cut for every taxpayer across Eden-Monaro.

This means every single tax payer in Eden-Monaro - all 75,000 - will receive a tax cut.  And the average tax cut for taxpayers in Eden-Monaro is $1,633.

Labor’s tax cuts are delivering a bigger tax cut for middle Australia to help with the cost of living. In Eden-Monaro this means 64,000 people - 85% - will be better off under Labor.

Under our plan, an additional 2.9 million Australians who were previously excluded under Scott Morrison’s plan will now share in the benefits of these tax cuts.

Tackling cost of living pressures is Labor’s number one priority. That’s why we’re working to cut taxes, boost wages, bring inflation under control, and drive fairer prices for Australian consumers.
